We’ve designed our ordering process to be simple, transparent, and fully supported from start to delivery. Here’s how it works:
1. Check Availability Before Ordering
Some of our products are stored across different locations, including our warehouse and partner studios. Because of this, real-time availability can vary—especially for older or limited items.

2. Choose Your Shipping Method
We offer tax-free shipping on most orders, with delivery options depending on the size of your item and your location:
* Sea Shipping (Tax-Free): 4–8 weeks (up to 1–2 months)
* Air Shipping (Tax-Free – small packages only): 1–2 weeks
📌 The final shipping method is determined based on package size and destination.
3. Need It Faster? (Express Shipping)
If you’re on a tighter timeline, we also offer express shipping:
* Available upon request (before or after purchase)
* Faster delivery depending on destination
* ⚠️ Please note: Express shipping is usually not tax-free and may involve higher costs
4. Confirm Your Delivery Location
We currently offer tax-free shipping to most major regions, including:
* United States
* United Kingdom
* Europe
* Canada
* Australia
* Thailand
* Singapore
⚠️ Some exceptions may apply (such as Switzerland, Puerto Rico, remote areas, or islands).

5. Place Your Order
Once availability and shipping are confirmed, you can place your order with confidence. We’ll take care of the rest and keep you updated throughout the process.
6. Track Your Shipment
After your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link so you can follow its journey:
* Real-time shipping updates
* For sea shipments: vessel (ship) name and estimated port arrival
7. Delivery & Inspection
When your order arrives, we recommend checking it carefully upon receipt (making a video of the process will also help if something has happened).
If anything isn’t right, we’re here to help.
8. Replacements & Damaged Items
We understand that issues can occasionally happen during shipping:
* Free replacements for missing or damaged parts (when available)
* Some older or limited items may not have replacement parts available from the studio
If replacements aren’t possible, we’ll work with you to find the best solution, such as:
* Covering repair costs
* Offering a partial refund
9. Returns & Refunds
If you prefer a full refund:
* Items must be returned to our warehouse in China
* Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
